Coral Sands Travel (CST) is not involved in any way with
these transactions but is only acting as a listing venue. CST is not to be held
responsible for any errors or omissions, commission payments, ticket delivery,
fees, or any other parts of the transaction between the travel agents in the
cruise listings and or bookings. All transactions are between the travel agents
involved and each one should present themselves in a professional manner. CST
will not be involved in any disputes between the travel agents parties. Any and
all transactions are strictly between the travel agents. Including payments,
commissions, ticket delivery and any other aspects of the cruise booking.
Use of this web site releases CST from any and all responsibility with the
cruise booking. All agreements and arrangements are between the travel agents
involved with each booking. You are becoming an Independent Contractor for the
agency that is supplying the cruise. They are NOT wholesaling the cruise to you.
Each party is responsible for there own income tax payments. CST reserves the
right to approve, deny or remove any listing. Membership will be revoked for any
member that does not adhere to proper conduct or participates in any postings,
activities that are detrimental to CST or its members.
